is software for advertising, marketing and communications teams. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. Write to privacy@signalformhub.com with any question.

We collect only what each place on our site or in the product asks for:

• Your account: your name, email address and organization, and what you and your team create in the product. Payment details go to Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• The free scan: the domain you enter, your email address, the result, and a hash of your network address that changes every day and only limits how many scans run. We send the result to your address.
• The weekly email sign-up: your email address, the page you signed up on and your language.
• The contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the page you wrote from and your message.
• Using the site: page views through Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies; a few events, such as which button was used, with no identifier, and none at all when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control; error reports from the site and the product.

To run the product and answer you: we set up your account, take payments, send what you asked for and reply to your messages. We send marketing email only if you agreed to it, as described below. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't let advertisers target you with it. AI features send your request to the model provider only as far as that request needs, under the provider's commercial API terms.

Emails you asked for go whatever your settings say: a scan result, a password reset, an invitation, a receipt, the link that confirms your address. Account emails, such as the welcome, trial notices and the weekly digest, go to account holders, and you can turn them off.

Marketing email goes only with your consent: the weekly email, which we write every week, and, if you ticked the box on the scan form, three short emails over the two weeks after your scan. You give consent by signing up for the weekly email, or by ticking a box that is never ticked for you. We record when, where and which words you agreed to. Before the weekly email starts, we send you a link to confirm your address.

Every account and marketing email has a link that unsubscribes you in one step and a link to your email preferences, and a change takes effect at once. We stop all email to an address that bounces or marks us as spam. We record whether each email was delivered and, where our email provider reports it, whether you opened it and which links you followed.

Your account data stays while your account is open. When you close it, we keep it for 30 days so the account can be recovered, then delete it. You can ask for immediate deletion at any time.

If you ran a scan, wrote to us or signed up for email, but never opened an account and never agreed to marketing email, we delete your record 12 months after your last contact with us, together with your scans, sign-ups and messages.

If you agreed to marketing email, we keep your address and the record of your consent while you stay subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep the record of that choice so we don't email you again. To have everything deleted, write to privacy@signalformhub.com.

These services handle personal data on our behalf, under data processing terms, and only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase: our database, sign-in, file storage and server functions.
• Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, security and cookieless page analytics.
• Stripe: payments and billing.
• Resend: sending our email.
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES): email delivery.
• Anthropic: the AI model behind the free scan and our AI features. Other model providers receive a request only when a feature you use calls them.
• Sentry: error reports from the site and the product.

Our own sales records live in . If we connect an outside CRM, we will name it here before any of your data reaches it.

We use only the cookies the site and the product need to work, such as sign-in and your language. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and our page analytics uses none.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to how we use it. Account holders can export or delete their own data in Hub, under Your data. Anyone can unsubscribe from the link in any of our emails, or write to privacy@signalformhub.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

The date at the top shows when this policy last changed. Before a change to what we collect or how we use it takes effect, we email account holders and everyone subscribed to our email, and say what changed on this page.
