All content you create inside Signal*form — including briefs, campaign data, research, talent records, and project information — is processed solely to power your experience on the platform. This content is never used to train external AI models or shared with AI providers beyond what is necessary to process your specific request in real time. We operate under strict data isolation protocols.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion to allow for account recovery. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@signalformhub.com.

We use essential cookies required for platform operation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our web analytics is cookieless. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core platform functionality.
