Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Signal*form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and enterprise clients.

Signal*form is an AI-powered SaaS suite for marketing and advertising teams, available via web browser. The suite includes Stack*form, Metric*form, Spark*form, Skill*form, Radar*form, Flow*form, Brain*form, and Pulse*form. Access to specific tools depends on your subscription plan.

Signal*form offers several subscription tiers. Free trials provide full access for 14 days with no payment required. Module subscriptions are billed per tool at $39 per month on an annual plan or $49 per month on a monthly plan. Full suite subscriptions range from $79 to $399 per month on an annual plan or $99 to $499 per month on a monthly plan, depending on the selected tier (Base, Pro, or Agency); see our Pricing page for exact tier pricing. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. White-label branding is included on the Agency plan and available as a $29 per month add-on on the Pro plan; it is not available on Base or single-tool plans. Enterprise pricing is custom and governed by a separate agreement.

The 14-day free trial provides full access to every tool in the suite. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to paid features will be suspended until a subscription is activated. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from the initial purchase date. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on monthly plans.

You may not use Signal*form to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any aspect of the platform. You may not resell access to Signal*form unless you have a valid white-label or reseller agreement with us.

Signal*form and all associated intellectual property are owned by Signal*form and its licensors. Content you create using the platform remains your property. You grant Signal*form a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

Signal*form is provided "as is." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal*form shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
