Morning brief
Each night bulk mail is set aside without AI, then AI writes a brief of under 250 words: urgent mail, commitments, who is waiting and tomorrow's meetings.
In , you get a private assistant for your own Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Tasks. It reads overnight, writes one morning brief of what matters, keeps track of what you promised and drafts replies that never send without your approval.

One page that starts the morning with what needs you.
Each night bulk mail is set aside without AI, then AI writes a brief of under 250 words: urgent mail, commitments, who is waiting and tomorrow's meetings.
The brief, your schedule with prep cards, approvals, who is waiting on you, tasks from mail and a picture of your week's time. Mark items done or rate them to tune what surfaces.
Your project tasks that are overdue or due in the next three days appear on Today, in the brief and on Telegram, with the client's name and a link to the task.
Senders are labelled when they are a colleague, such as your manager, or a contact at a client you can see.
As soon as you connect Google, a first brief is written, so you don't wait for the next night to see it.
Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Every drafted reply waits here with its thread for context, its recipients and inline editing, and you can approve several at once.
Ask for a draft to be shorter, warmer or more formal. A rewrite is only a suggestion until you choose to use it.
After you approve, you have 60 seconds to undo; then the reply sends from your own Gmail within a minute.
Threads where you wrote last a while ago are listed, and one tap turns one into a nudge that still waits for your approval.
An opt-in: it proposes time to block, or you block it yourself, and a hold reaches Google Calendar only after you approve it. It never edits or deletes an event.
Commitments in your sent mail become suggested tasks, shown next to your open Google Tasks.
The week's items to tick done, carry over or drop, with replies sent, response time, meetings against focus time and follow-ups closed, each figure showing the count behind it.
On the first of each month, AI writes a look back from that month's daily briefs; on the first of January, a look back at the year.
Ask about your day in the product or on Telegram. Chat can search your mail, read your calendar, draft a reply into Approvals and propose a hold, but it never sends.
Set brief and sweep times, time zone, week start, language and VIP senders, link Telegram, pause and choose how long raw reads are kept (30 days by default).
Disconnecting deletes the stored Google credential straight away and revokes access at Google.
Nothing. This product is for your team only.
Where AI helps
What people decide
You approve every reply and calendar hold; nothing sends until a draft is approved and its one-minute undo has passed, and never deletes, moves or archives mail.
Your own project tasks that are overdue or due soon appear on Today and in the brief, for clients you can see; never changes anything in .
Senders who are colleagues are labelled with their relationship to you, such as your manager.
Senders who are contacts at a client you can see are labelled with that client.
Bring one real client and see it end to end, with no card.
